So, before we jump into specific questions about the business, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.

I am originally from New York (Long Island). I always knew I wanted to be an event planner and started as a kid bday party planner in high school. I moved to South Florida to go to FAU, went back and forth to the city. I have had many lives! Internship at Ocean Drive Magazine in its heyday, Promotional Model, Flamingo, South Beach event director, Liquor sales, Cruise lines, Vitaminwater.

When the global pandemic began two years ago, Loni's event planning business was put on hold and Mixology Mixer was born, providing cocktail kits and Zoom mixology classes for at-home happy hours. Today, both Mixology Mixer and Loni Paige Events are thriving and influencing the hospitality industry. She Needed A Pandemic Pivot For Her Hospitality Skill Set

Loni Paige is the founder of Mixology Mixer, a company that enables everyone to become their own at-home mixologist.

Her company began shipping at-home cocktail kits, with all the mixers, garnishes and bar tools needed, to create unique libations with the help of expert mixologists through virtual cocktail making classes. The Miami, Florida-based entrepreneur’s business obviously hit a pandemic niche, but a huge plus side of the whole endeavor for Paige has been being able to give work to her fellow hospitality industry friends through the mixology classes and cooking classes her company offers.

Architectural Digest Celebrated Their AD100 List with a Glamorous Miami Cocktail Party

On Tuesday night, Architectural Digest threw a party during Art Basel Miami Beach to celebrate 2021’s AD100, the annual list that names the top talents in interior design.

The decor, as one would expect, was not to be missed. Held at Strawberry Moon, the expansive Ken Fulk (an AD100 member) designed pool deck at the Goodtime Hotel; glamorous guests gawked over the famed interior designers’ maximalist Miami touches. The glowing orbs floating in the pool made it onto many Instagram stories.
